Description

I am using amgx with PETSc (-pc_type amgx) to run multiphysics simulations. I am encountering this error even after having scaled down the problem size significantly.

I have attached the output and error log files for your reference. Thank you for any feedback you can provide.

Research direction

Start by reviewing the attached outlog.docx and errlog.docx, then examine the failure when AMGX is selected through PETSc with -pc_type amgx under the listed CUDA, OpenMPI, AMGX, and V100 environment. Done means establishing a reproducible cause for the pinned-memory allocation failure and documenting or implementing a verified resolution.
