Description

Hi ,
We are new to Amgx application. On going through the "Readme" file, We came across the following blog link:

https://developer.nvidia.com/blog/amgx-v1-0-enabling-reservoir-simulation-with-classical-amg/

As per the link, we think Amgx was tested with SPE10 (Society of Petroleum Engineering) data sets. Found these two data set references from internet:

https://www.spe.org/web/csp/datasets/set01.htm
https://github.com/OPM/opm-data/blob/master/spe10model1/SPE10_MODEL1_CP.DATA

Note: Above data set contains only .txt, .dat files. whereas, Amgx uses .mtx and .json file as argument for validation. (eg: amgx_capi)

Can somebody provide steps how to use the Amgx with these(SPE10) data set for performance validation purpose?

Research direction

Start with the README and the amgx_capi example mentioned in the issue, then compare the SPE10 .txt and .dat datasets with the .mtx and .json arguments AMGX expects. Document the steps needed to use SPE10 for performance validation, including any required dataset preparation, so a user can reproduce the test.
