Description
We are enabling deep-dvc using the dlls from https://github.com/NVIDIA-RTX/Streamline/releases/tag/v2.10.3 from the \bin\x64. Not bin\x64\development.
The other dlls from the bin directory don't create watermarks for us. Were they packaged correctly in the releases page?

Research direction
Start with the Streamline v2.10.3 release assets, specifically the DLLs under bin\x64 and bin\x64\development. Reproduce the reported Contact NVIDIA watermark and compare the release DLL packaging with the other bin contents. Done means identifying whether the published artifacts are packaged incorrectly and documenting or correcting the affected release assets.
