Description
The [doc page](https://docs.nvidia.com/nemo/rl/latest/adding-new-models.html) on "Add New models" is a little confusing.
the blog mentions how to add a new model but doesn't add any new model, but only diagnoses/sanity-checks an existing one. Can this blog be updated to include more details about actually adding a new model?
