Description
Parts of .agents/contributor-skills/config-conventions/SKILL.md no longer match the current configuration code after recent BaseModel migrations. Some BaseModel/TypedDict examples, access patterns, and default guidance are stale, and the linked design documentation should be kept in sync.
This issue tracks a focused audit and cleanup so it does not need to block #3410.
