Description

Hi,
How do I dynamically pass disallowed topics as an eg politics, suicide etc in topical rail.

Currently i see i will have to define the disallowed topics under co files.
Is there any other way to accept these parameter on the fly.

Research direction

Start by reviewing the NeMo Guardrails repository documentation for topical rails and how configuration values are supplied. Determine whether disallowed topics can be passed dynamically rather than defined in Colang files, then document the supported approach and an example if one exists.
