Description
I am working on Indian languages and the current models used in Curator does not support majority of the low-resource Indian languages. If we can include support for third party ASR providers, that would really great
I am ready to contribute, if the team can help understand the process to add these feature.

Research direction
Start by locating Curator's current ASR model integration and understanding how language support is represented. Define the provider interface and confirm the scope with maintainers; done should include a workable path for third-party ASR providers that covers low-resource Indian languages.
