Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Given the growth of modalities and pieces in the codebase we should set up codeowners (https://docs.github.com/en/repositories/managing-your-repositorys-settings-and-features/customizing-your-repository/about-code-owners) for different parts like text, audio, video, image, dedup etc. It should help streamline the review process a bit.
