[DOC] Benchmark PT dataloader against baseline

Description
We should have a benchmark that shows the performance of a baseline PyTorch tabular dataloader, and compares against the dataloader in NVTabular. This benchmark should be included in the documentation we generate on github.io, and potentially form the core of a blog post about the benefits of using NVT.
