Description

Thanks for this protein design tool.
I was wondering if there is the possibility to set a config option to mask the structure
of the target or the input PDB needs to be fixed (soft/hard?) as start condition for the generation/evaluation

Research direction

Start by locating the configuration and inference paths that handle target structures and input PDB files, then determine whether masking belongs in generation, evaluation, or preprocessing. Clarify the intended soft versus hard masking behavior and define whether completion means a config option, documented input requirements, or both.
