Description
User reports via Zendesk 5472:
When I embedded that timeline using an iframe, and modified the 'initial zoom' to 10, I noticed the timeline slowed down and nearly crashed when loading. When I dialed it back to 7, it started loading as normal.
I haven't experienced any performance issues modifying the initial zoom on other timelines I've created, so I suspect it has something to do with the using the very specific 'Time' values and zooming in.

Research direction
Reproduce the issue by embedding a timeline in an iframe and testing initial zoom values 7 and 10, especially with the specific Time values mentioned. Done means the timeline loads without severe slowdown or near-crashing at zoom 10; the issue names no files or tests to start from.
