Description
The URL https://cdn.knightlab.com/libs/timeline3/latest/css/timeline.css is returning a Content-Encoding HTTP header of "UTF-8". This is nonsense - the Content-Encoding header is used to indicate the compression that is used (e.g. "gzip"), not the character set. This HTTP header should be removed.
