Feature Request: Fill frame for title slide, hiding navigation

Description
A Zendesk user wrote with a timeline where she felt that the navigation might mislead readers and asked if the navigation could be covered.
It seems like it might be a reasonable approach to make the title screen more distinct from other slides and have it overlay the navigation and basic slide area. As it is now, the title slide doesn't do much to play its role as something distinct from a regular event.
This may not be a good idea for various reasons, but I thought I'd document it
