Description
A Zendesk user raised a question about the 'title' slide. The uncertainty traced back to also specifying "start at end."
Can we come up with a clear and methodical rule for handling 'title' slides when the slideshow isn't starting at the beginning? Is it really useful to even have a 'title' slide if it doesn't show up before any other "start at" instruction?

Research direction
Review issue #288 and the linked Zendesk question to understand the interaction between the title slide and “start at slide N” or “start at end.” Define a clear rule for these cases and confirm that the resulting behavior answers whether the title slide should appear.
