Description
Currently there's a starting title, fixed to the beginning of the history (proposal for change: #75). As that's rather fixed, there's no option to have an 'ending slide' (with a thank you message, and a Call To Action). Would be nice if it would be possible to have a slide at the end by indicating 'end-title' as a slide type, with the big difference to regular slides being that the date is not displayed.

Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating where slide types and the starting title are handled, then trace how title dates are rendered. Done means an end-title slide can appear at the end with a thank-you or call-to-action message and no displayed date.
