Lack of feedbacks on Samsung devices except firebox

Description
The storymap js works normally on ios device with safari and chrome, so do other devices from android.
However,except firebox, the users could not click the icon on the map on Samsung devices with chrome and the original browser.
Kindly advise how to fix this problem, thank you.
