Description
Map icon touch behaves much differently on Android/Chrome and Windows-mobile/Edge, where it seems that maybe the touch area for an icon is very narrowly defined. While it is possible to click on an icon by first zooming in several times, the general lack of response to icon touch gives the user experience of the icons not being selectable.

Research direction
Reproduce the map icon touch behavior on Android/Chrome and Windows-mobile/Edge, including after zooming, then trace the map icon interaction entry point. The issue is resolved when icons can be selected reliably without repeated zooming on the affected mobile browsers.
