Description
When navigating through a StoryMap with only intermittent background images, StoryMap will choose a darkened background color for a slide with a background image. This darkened background is not subsequently reverted for slides that do not have a background image.
Current workaround is to have background images for all slides or none.

Reproduce the issue by navigating a StoryMap with alternating slides that do and do not have background images. Trace the slide background handling and verify that a slide without an image restores the normal background after following a slide with an image.
