Description
hello,I'm from China, because of GFW(Great Firewall of China),People in China can't browse maps.google.com(but we can browse ditu.google.cn). so if I wanna show storyMap to chinese people, how can I do that? best wishes :)
Not sure the best way to choose, but it would be nice to use the alternate map URL provided when it is needed.

Research direction
Start by locating the Google Maps base-layer configuration and the code that constructs its map URL; no file or test is named in the issue. Determine how StoryMap should select an alternate URL such as ditu.google.cn, then verify that a story can load the China-compatible base layer without breaking the default maps.google.com behavior.
