Description
On a narrow gigapixel map like http://cen.acs.org/ebola.html the method for hiding and showing the pins representing each slide prevents a user from actually clicking on pins that are in the "shadow" of the left/back nav arrow.
That is, in the default display of this Ebola gigapixel http://cen.acs.org/ebola.html when you move to click on "map pins" for locations on the left side of the screen, they disappear when your mouse moves towards them.
This animated gif that is supposed to be a simple screencast is too annoying to embed but if looking at it helps, see http://cl.ly/image/2x2f3j3s0X08
