Description
GFS v17 gsi.x runs with hourly FGAT. The current WCOSS2 JEDI parallel runs gdas.x with a single background at the center of the analysis window.
This issue is opened to document the use of FGAT, 3 hourly and then hourly, in the WCOSS2 JEDI parallel.
