Description

I found 2 GSC hyperlinks (see example reference below) in the Amplicon technical metadata that lead to a 404 error. We might need to double-check all GSC references and substitute for the correct links.
It say this is a good first issue for a Coding Sprint.

check technical metadata for the follwing markdown documents:

  • BIOM
  • Data_transfer
  • Genome
  • Metabolome
  • metagenome
  • metatranscriptome
  • proteome
  • transcriptome
  • uVIGs

Research direction

Start with Technical/Amplicon_Technical_Metadata.md at the two linked references, then inspect the technical metadata documents for BIOM, Data_transfer, Genome, Metabolome, metagenome, metatranscriptome, proteome, transcriptome, and uVIGs. Check each GSC hyperlink and replace links that lead to 404 errors; done means all listed documents have been reviewed and broken GSC references use the correct links.
