Description
Hey,
The fields microbial ID, microbial isolate, culture substrate, are mentioned under "site metadata" in all the biological/environmental tables (e.g. marine ).
But in the overview table, we have them listed under the term "culture metadata, if applicable" (as shown in the overview table Fig 4 here: https://github.com/NFDI4Microbiota/MetadataStandards/blob/main/images/BioEnvMetadata9Aug2023.jpg)
Should this discrepancy be clarified in the explanations or adapted in the tables? Or would you keep it as is?

Research direction
Compare the overview table in images/BioEnvMetadata9Aug2023.jpg with the terminology in Biological_Environmental/Marine_BioEnv_Metadata.md, starting at the linked table lines. Read the other biological/environmental tables and explanations to determine whether the three fields should consistently use “site metadata” or “culture metadata.” Done means the discrepancy is resolved in the relevant documentation and tables.
