Research direction

Start by reviewing the linked proycon/codemeta-harvester project and the issue references to codemetapy (#56), cffconvert, and SOMEF (#44). Determine whether and how its POSIX shell-based conversion workflow should fit SMECS; done requires a maintainer-approved integration scope, which the issue does not define.
