Description

Hello,

I'm encountering an issue when trying to install the latest version of wrf-python. When I run the command conda install -c conda-forge wrf-python, the most recent version available is only 1.3.4.1, which appears to support only Python 3.11. I was hoping to install a newer version to benefit from the recent updates and bug fixes that have been implemented.

I've attached a screenshot showing the error message I received during the installation attempt.
The python version is 3.12

Thank you very much for your time and assistance with this matter. I truly appreciate your valuable work on this package and any guidance you can provide.

Research direction

Start by reproducing the conda-forge installation on Windows with Python 3.12 and checking which wrf-python versions and build artifacts are available. Trace the package's conda-forge recipe and Windows build configuration; done means a supported current version can be installed successfully in that environment.
