Compare this case with #142 and request #145, then inspect the cesm3_0_beta06 branch, user_nl_cam settings, and the three listed SourceMods files. Reproduce the case if the referenced directories and diagnostics remain available; done means the run completes with the documented tuning and its diagnostics can be reviewed for the intended balanced RESTOM.

Purpose:

Use new tuning with clubb_do_expldiff_rtm_thlm = .false. in a B case.

This run uses a QuadTune'd set of parameters (including some sourcemod'ed parameter changes) and a slightly reduced clubb_gamma_coef. The new tuning is intended to help achieve a balanced RESTOM when turning off explicit diffusion.
