Description
Description
Rather than returning one error at a time, it would be nice to have all the parsing errors returned at the end of the parsing/metadata validation stage.
Solution
Using the native python logger breaks the doctests, so probably the ideal method will be to create a new framework logging class/module.

Research direction
Start by locating the parsing and metadata validation stages, then inspect how errors are currently returned and how doctests exercise them. The change is complete when parsing reports all errors at the end without breaking the doctests, using an approach compatible with this framework.
