Description
The develop branch of MPAS-Workflow cannot be used with the mpas-bundle 4.0.1 build.
We should base the workflow 4.0 release on changes from PR 427
That PR was merged on Tue Jul 14 13:51:07 2026 -0600
Do we need to cherry pick changes from newer PR's
PR 428:Integrate ARO observations into the workflow and rename RDA to GDEX
PR 431:Rename SymmCldImpact function per latest UFO code change
Changes fro PR 430 cannot be included
