Use case
Icepack or CICE-SCM (single column model)
Is your feature request related to a problem?
We have a version of cice-scm on the quantile_methods branch, however this does not have the correct author attributions, and development has probably moved ahead since the original work was done.
Describe your preferred solution
- Icepack/cice-scm model mod with latest developments and author attribution
- Icepack observation convertors (I'm not sure whether there are new converters - maybe applicable to CICE and icepack/scm)
