All, I have updated the branch a bit. Copied across a version to save as CAM5 and made a CAM Scientific Summary that we could add a much trimmed down version of CAM6 science just for CESM2.0
I am still trying to clean up other stuff as well. Anyway feel free to add stuff now. Thanks Rich.
