Description
Lexcube is a data viz library for rendering "data cube" (multi-dimensional, gridded, fixed-domain) from Xarray as an interactive 3D cube to explore patterns along any three dimensions or animate time evolution.
It's mostly a gimmick, I think, but maybe more.
We should add a simple demo notebook (adapting one of theirs), to enable our target users to find out.

- Added notebook that demonstrates Lexcube rendering of a VEDA dataset
