What
Audit current contents of LFArchive in s3://veda-data-store-staging/EIS/FEDSoutput/LFArchive/ and remove files not intended for use.

Why
The OGC Features API ingest pipeline is configured to only ingest specific files but services for an ESRI API are unintentionally picking up test data that only VEDA Admins have permission to remove.
