Aerie Deployment for Endurance Sim

@jmdelfa has been working on an Aerie mission model for the Endurance mission concept and has expressed the need for a shared Aerie deployment on which to host it - preferably on AWS.

I think we need to get some more info from @jmdelfa - specifically:

• When do you need it by?
• What kind of system requirements/etc. are needed?
• Does it need to be accessible outside the JPL network?
• Is CAM SSO or any other special configuration needed?
• Where will the budget for the deployment come from and what AWS account should host it?

Once we have a bit more clarification, @skovati may be able to help get this set up.
