Description
This is a follow-on to the work completed in #282, which was handled by PR #300. This is a low-priority ticket which would entail updating ANMS to Grafana 13 (we're currently on Grafana 12.3) and revisiting documentation instructions (likely adding a link to grafana docs and paths in our system) for customizing the dashboards. Grafana 13 also removes grafana-image-renderer, which means we can remove that container from ANMS.
