Description
General task focused on taking the CORA binaries and integrating with the ANMS REST API to provide inputs to front-end UI.
CORA is an APL-internal framework developed by Rich Landau that implements a DTNMA Manager. It's written in Rust and provides both Rust and Python APIs to dynamically interact with controls and reports. Note that as of right now, CORA only support binary-encoded ARIs, not text-encoded ARIs.

Research direction
No files or tests are named. Start by locating the ANMS REST API and front-end integration points, then inspect CORA's Rust and Python APIs and their binary-encoded ARI limitation. Done means CORA binary data is exposed through the REST API as inputs usable by the front-end UI.
