Description

A mission may desire to produce one lineage of kernels, using one configuration (clock change rate mode, lookback period, etc.) for a certain concern (e.g. mission ops), while producing a separate lineage for another concern (e.g. science.)

Research direction

The issue does not name files, tests, or an entry point. First trace how MMTC currently configures and produces SCLK kernels, then determine how separate configurations can be represented for independent kernel lineages. Done means one mission can produce multiple lineages with distinct settings such as clock change rate mode and lookback period.
