Description
The Time History File should write a warning if |Ep(ms)| has exceeded a mission-specified threshold.
This threshold should be configured separately from compute.tdtS.threshold.alarmMsec.

Research direction
Start by locating the TimeHistoryFile implementation and the configuration for compute.tdtS.threshold.alarmMsec. Determine where Ep(ms) is written and how mission-specific thresholds are loaded. Done means a separate threshold controls a warning when |Ep(ms)| exceeds it, with output behavior verified using the relevant existing checks or tests.
