Description

See: https://github.com/NASA-AMMOS/AIT-GUI/issues/212, https://github.com/NASA-AMMOS/AIT-Core/issues/356

MCT has a time system API that may be used to define new time systems based on SCLK, SCET, ERT, etc. This time system API should inherit configured time systems from AIT-Core once that functionality is added.

Research direction

Start by reviewing the linked AIT-GUI issue 212 and AIT-Core issue 356, then inspect MCT's time system API and its configured-system integration points. Confirm how SCLK, SCET, and ERT systems are represented and define done as MCT inheriting the configured time systems from AIT-Core once that support exists.
