Description
There are a number of dependencies locked in the projects dependency specification. Are there any known incompatibilities with newer versions? This constraint prevents any downstream projects from receiving security or bug fixes. AIT-Core itself also becomes non-installable on projects where another version of said dependency is already specified.
I am proposing to free (">=") all the dependencies.
Also, Python 3.13.0 is the latest stable release.

Research direction
Start by locating AIT-Core’s dependency specification and reviewing each pinned dependency for known incompatibilities with newer versions and Python 3.13. Check the project’s installation and test workflow after loosening constraints; done means dependencies use the proposed minimum-version form without making AIT-Core non-installable alongside downstream requirements.
