Description
The Binary Stream Capturer has been around for a little while and, from the feedback I've seen of our customers, is very rarely used. It was largely left behind during the C&DH server rearchitecting so it's entirely possible that there are inconsistencies / incompatibilities there. We had discussed deprecating this prior to the 2.x bump but that didn't happen. We should reevaluate whether we want to support and update it or if we want to mark it as deprecated and drop support for it in the next major release.
