Description
If you experiment with the two staging buttons, you'll see that sometimes a folder will not be move from the Unstaged Files list to Staged Files list, and vice versa. In this bugged stated, you need to checkmark and uncheckmark the folder for it and its sub items to be un/staged and moved to the other files list.

Research direction
Reproduce the issue in Gittyup v1.3.0 using folders with nested items and the Stage All and Unstage All buttons. Observe when the folder remains in the wrong list, then trace the staging-list update flow. Done means folders and their subitems consistently move between the Staged Files and Unstaged Files lists without manual checkbox changes.
