1-click or batch delete backups

In the past have backed up many apps with everything. But, now with storage limitations, I want to remove all apps' all backup components except internal data.

Backup remove menu update:
> One possible workflow:

1. Select all apps (May include apps without any backup)
2. Delete menu: This will contain the backup session indexed by "number" (since apps can have multiple backups with different names, 0=default, max = highest number of backups that one app may have). Users can select all indexes or not include some.
3. Select the components to delete.

No error will occur for apps that don't have that backup or component.
