Quick revocation of Internet Permission after installing/updating apps.
Useful for safely testing various apps that doesn't require internet as main functionality.

Start by tracing the installer and app-update entry points and how Internet permission changes are currently handled. Define a user flow for optionally revoking Internet permission immediately after installation or update, then verify it with an installed app that does not require network access.
