Add a dedicated filter or category view in App Manager app list to instantly isolate and sort applications based on their operational state—specifically highlighting "Disabled" and "Frozen" packages.

It would convenient to integrate "Disabled" and "Frozen" as quick-access filter chips alongside existing sorting options (like Running apps or App usage ), allowing batch management or quick unfreezing or re-enabling directly from that filtered view.

### Describe alternatives you've considered

I have considered using tablet's settings to get to certain app's settings, but very irritating to do it every time.
