ANR when switching between "Daily" and "Weekly" in App Usage

The App Usage page consistently freezes when switching between the "Daily" and "Weekly" options.

Android displays an "App Manager isn't responding" (ANR) dialog every time I switch between these two options.

### Steps to reproduce

1. Open App Manager.
2. Go to "App Usage".
3. Tap the "Daily/Weekly" dropdown.
4. Switch between "Daily" and "Weekly".

### Expected behavior

The view should switch smoothly without freezing.

### Actual behavior

The UI becomes unresponsive and Android shows an ANR ("App Manager isn't responding") dialog.

### Reproducibility

Always (100% reproducible).

### Environment

- App Manager version: 4.1.0
- Device: Redmi K70
- Android version: 14
- HyperOS version: 1.0.20.0.UNKCNXM
- RAM: 16 GB

### Additional information

The issue occurs every time I switch between "Daily" and "Weekly". It seems that the issue may be related to loading or processing UsageStats data.

I have attached a screenshot of the ANR dialog.

The issue only occurs when switching between "Daily" and "Weekly". Opening the App Usage page itself works normally.


Start by reproducing the freeze from the App Usage page while switching between Daily and Weekly, then trace the UsageStats loading or processing triggered by that change. Done means both options switch smoothly without the Android ANR dialog on the reported Android 14 environment.
