Code Editor launchability

### Describe a description of the new feature

I've increasingly used the Code Editor for general file analysis in so many different cases, it's just so good. One inconvenient thing is that launching it for just a few file extensions brings it up as suggested. The vast plurality of extension calls for going 'open as >other file > scroll to Code Editor'.
When going through a lot of files, this soon grows cumbersome to do for every file. Would it be possible to make it suggest Code Editor for, if not any file but for more of them?
