No app is opening in the options with app manager on my android 9 tv box

### Describe the bug

After updating to version 4.0.1, no app opens in the options menu anymore. When I click "open," a loading screen appears and then returns me to the home screen of all apps. If I try to reopen it, the application manager closes by itself. In version 4.0.0, it works perfectly, but in other versions above, it presents this issue. I tested the latest version, and the bug hasn't been fixed yet.
