### Describe the bug

After I activated the application usage history feature everything was working fine, but after re-entering the application it started requesting permission to access the usage data I had already given it. It started asking when I go to any application information and also when I go to the application usage statistics section which stopped working because of this.

### To Reproduce

1. I entered the app in non-root mode
2. Activated app usage statistics in the settings
3. I looked at the stats
4. Exited the application and came back in wireless debugging mode
5. Problem appeared
6. Tried to withdraw and regrant the permission
7. Problem persisted
8. Tried to open in in non-root mode
9. The problem disappeared
10. Tried again in wireless debugging mode
11. The problem appeared again

This problem did not occur before the application usage statistics function was enabled in the menu
