More installation source customization for the privileged installer

### Describe a description of the new feature

There should be more installation source customization for the privileged installer in App Manager.

### Describe the solution you'd like

App Manager should not mark apps installed from an app store as installed from App Manager when using the App Manager installer to install them. The app store may support the feature to view an app in the store. This may prevent this feature from working properly since App Manager may be treated as the store.

There should be a exclusion list for marking which apps should not be marked as being installed from App Manager. The user should also have an option to disable it for all apps.
