App details page tags shown after 3 seconds first

### Describe the bug

The color codes are shown after 3 seconds first in the app detail view

### To Reproduce

- 1. Click on the app in the app list view to get into app detail view,
- 2. App detail view is shown without color codes
- 3. Wait till the color codes will be shown

### Expected behavior

The color codes in the app detail view should be shown immediately.

They should be cached or preloaded for all apps.
